The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) - Bowenfels District Office is proposing to upgrade the Great Western Highway at Kelso (Bathurst). The work starts just east of the Gold Panner Motel and continues west to include the Stockland Drive intersection. The proposal is for a new four lane divided carriageway with improvement to the intersections.
