The main objectives of this review are to determine the design alterations are consistent with the conditions of approval granted by the CEO of the RTA in May 1997. The review considers time lapse since this project was approved with regards to: proposed changes to the approved project, changes to the receiving environment and changes in relevant legislation and government policy.
