The Roads and Traffic Authority of New south Wales (RTA) proposes to develop the Eastern Distributor, a tolled motorway standard road which would link the Cahill Expressway in the North with the General Holmes Drive in the south. The purpose of this report is to review the environmental impact assessment, issues made in the representations made in response to the exhibition the RTA's Representation Report including the proposed modifications to the proposal and other relevant matters pertinent to the potential environmental impact of the proposal.
