The flood risk management study and plan expands upon information provided in the updated North Creek Flood Study, January 2025, to further understand and plan for the nature and extent of flood risk throughout the study area. The Flood Risk Management Study seeks to investigate methods by which to manage existing, future and residual flood risk in the study area, assessing each option for its effectiveness in reducing flood risk, in addition to its economic, environmental and social impacts.
